Terms of Service for SelfAI - AI Photo Studio

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SelfAI - AI Photo Studio application and website at selfaiphoto.com, operated by Rocket Digital Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our AI photo studio and AI headshot generator service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SelfAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

SelfAI is an AI photo studio app that generates professional headshots, portraits, and creative photos of yourself from selfies. The service is available on iOS, Android, and web platforms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use SelfAI
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. User Content and Photos

4.1 Your Photos

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload to SelfAI
• By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI systems solely for the purpose of generating your AI headshots and portraits
• You represent that you have the right to upload all photos you submit
• You must not upload photos of other people without their consent

4.2 AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated headshots and portraits created from your photos are for your personal and professional use
• You may use AI-generated images for LinkedIn, resumes, dating profiles, social media, websites, and other personal or professional purposes
• You must not use AI-generated images for illegal activities, fraud, impersonation, or to deceive others
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated images will be perfectly accurate representations

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• SelfAI offers free and premium subscription tiers
• Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat
• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select
• Auto-renewal can be managed through your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple, Google, or the applicable payment processor

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use SelfAI for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our AI systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or access our service
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive others
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated images for commercial use without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

• SelfAI, our logo, and our AI technology are proprietary to Rocket Digital Limited
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or technology
• All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are owned by us

8. Third-Party Services

SelfAI integrates with third-party services including Firebase, RevenueCat, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google AdMob, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SelfAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated images will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SelfAI. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Digital Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of SelfAI, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use SelfAI ceases immediately
• We may delete your data after account termination

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
